Case assigned to an IIO. WHat next?

CSC told me yesterday that they have received my FP results from FBI and my case has been assigned to an immigration officer. Would anybody have guesstimates on how long before my 485 gets approved? On other threads I have seen information about submitting a yellow form with Fprints. Is that a part of CSC process also?

I haven\'t received my approval till date. The IIO officer is saying that you will get any time. but it is not assigned to an officer still pending

Case details
I485 applied on Aug2000
Recived EAD and Parole
Did finger prints on NOV 29th 2000
Finger prints was updated on Jan 9th 2001

what should I do?

Means, INS database has Finger prints information which has been manually feed by INS from FBI(INS) database

Hi RV,

If you say your case has been assigined to an officer, you should get the approval in a week\'s time. Call the IIO after a week to hear the good news. Good luck!

For me the case was assigned on 12/19/00 and approved on 12/29/00. I think you are going to get the good news in a week or two.
