Finally AOS cases for me and wife were approved on May 10th and May 14th respectively as per AVM. Waiting for the approvals to arrive in the mail. I am in PCee July List. Here are my details...

PD - June 21st, 1999
RD - July 31st, 2001
ND - Sept 10, 2001

I-765 (EAD) : approved 11/08/2001
I-131 (AP) : approved 11/28/2001
I-485 : WAC-01-280-54xxx

FP received - 12/12/2001 (for Jan 17th, at Oakland)
2nd FP received - 12/23/2001 (for Jan 10th, at Oakland)
Early FP done - 12/13/2001 (San Jose)
Processing Resumed - Jan 12th, 2002

Approval Date : May 10th, 2002

Wife\'s case, same as above, but Approval date is May 14th, 2002.

Thanks to all the folks who shared their cases and experiences. Made my decision to go for early FP easy (Thank you sumkap for sharing ur experience). This discussion thread (I-485 CSC) helped me a lot through this roller coaster ride. Without this would have been difficult. Special thanks to PCee, rsrgc, milli, sridhars. I wish you all folks, good luck.

As per AVM myself and family members case were approved on May 14, 2002. I didn\'t receive papers. Hopefully, i may receive in couple of days. Details

COngratulations. It\'s a good news to all those with earlier than SeptND and didn\'t get their approvals yet. So CSC is conducting a sweep and approving old cases.

And GodBlessForever - I didn\'t get any RFE for my case.

I got the approval notice for me today in the mail. Waiting for my wife\'s approval to come in the mail. Her case was approved yesterday (May 14th).
