How did you manage to file your EB3 I485 in June 2001?

June 1999 EB3 PDs for India became current only in July 2001.
 
Passport Stamped - Today 3/5/2002

Answers to questions:

My attorney filed my 485 2 days early. 6/28 instead of 7/01/2001
I was very nervous about the outcome but all went well by gods grace.

Maybe I was saved by the mail room problem that occured.

My approval/fingerprint notice all say my receipt date as 8/16/2002

I\'m really glad to see your approval, it gives me hope that i should get approved soon too despite the PD issue. I check AVM religiously everyday but am disheartened to hear the same message every new day. Shall keep you posted once i hear the good news.

Thanks for letting me know. My PD is also in June 1999. My I-485 receipt date is July 3rd 2001. I hope my approval is just around the corner.
