eb2 physician,denied j1 waiver initially two times sep96 and jan07 ,got j1 waiver in april1997,went to india for 3 months waiting for h1b,returned dec1997 applied jan98 for i 140 finished 3 years waiver and a[;;ied i485 in jan2001 nd feb 2001,fp may2001,rfe for employment letter jan 2,2001,app jan22,2002.pp stamping will be done soon.

I am going to run out of my J1 status in July next year.
I am trying to find a waiver job in MUA or HPSA.
No luck so far.
I am not very sure of paying physician recruiters.
