Congrats! That\'s a big news for you & your family. I\'ve seen several postings from you on this site. You have been a valuable contributer. My ND is 7/18, Country Others, No news yet! Yesterday, my EAD renewal was approved. Its ND was June 1,01.

 Congrats!!!! I am new to I485. What do you mean by "cross charged" to spouse\'s country of birth? Can you use your spouse\'s country of birth when applying I485? Or did you win the Lottery Green Card?

El Liu, you can absolutely use your spouse\'s country of birth,
for you reference read INA Sec 202.b.2 it clearly explains that
clause.

Regarding Lottery yes you can use ur spouse\'s country of birth
to apply for Lottery, good luck. Let me know if you have any questions
