My case is just approved yesterday.

Here is my information:
EB3 from China
PD 7/1997
ND 3/6/2000
FP 4/15/2001
Approved on 5/1/2001
NO RFE, NO interview

I moved from NY to CO 2/2000 with the same company but different name (company merged). Had to reapply for Labor certificate for CO, but still get my green card from Vermont center. I never moved my application from Vermont center to Nebraska sevice center. Did my finger print in CO.

Finally, thank you all for supporting this web site. It has been great for helping me alone the process.

I used my friend\'s house address after I moved to CO. The first batch of advance parol and EAD were sent to my friend\'s house. Then after I got my Labor in CO, my lawyer changed the address for me. The second batch of advance parol and EAD sent to my new address. Somehow there is a loop hole in their system. When I went to get my finger print, my address is still old address. I changed it when I was doing my finger print. So hopefully, my green card will send to my new address.
