ND 9-9-2002
laid off 10-15-2002
I140 approved june 2003
new I140 with new company approved June 2004
RFE employment 4-9-2004
replied June 21st, 2004 with AC21
the end of June, 2004 got new I140 approval notice and sent it to INS and require I140 substitute
January, 2005 contact senetor
Feb, 2005 my employer receive a letter asking for related case number and we sent the new I140 again
2nd RFE March 15,2005
replied on March 23,2005 my previous 3 H1s
Approved on April 6, 2005

3 questions to dududidi:

(1) What's your EB category ? (EB1/2/3 ??)
(2) Are you from one of the retrogression affected countries ? (India/China/Philippines) ?
(3) Finally, your Priority Date ?

1. my case is EB3, but after I changed employer, I applied new I140, which was EB2.
