Good evening all. Im a Cdn Citizen, my wife is an American citizen. We started this process with our lawyer early Spring 2004. Our I-130 was approved mid July, belive it was done at Vermont. I belive we also submitted a k3 Fiance at the same time as the I-130, and like many of the people on these boards, were suprised the I-130 was approved first!!
As of Oct 28 our case is approved. The gentlemen on the phone said they will make the interview schedule for Montreal in the 2nd or 3rd week in Nov. So possibly an interview date in Dec. but he couldnt gaurentee it. Whole process has been fairly stressful, but I know many have had it worse than us.
