Hi I485sept03

3 cases approved today from Sept 2003.

What was the previous LUD on the cases that got approved. I have a theory -- they are approving cases with FP done in May and recd on May 25th as per LUD.

These cases are from Sept 17 2003, I just did the scan 3 cases approved today. and 2 cases yesterday from Sept 17 2003 only.

HI I485Sept03, I filed 485 at same time frame with you. Could you tell me your LUD on 485? Did it change after you applied 2nd EAD/AP?

Mine changed after I submmitted 2nd EAD/AP application.

my LUD changed on August and begining of sept but satoped after that.

5% of the cases of Sept 2003 approved so far.

are you sure those 5% approvals were EB1/2/3 cases?

they all approved in last 2 weeks, I think they are all EB cases.
