Hi All,

Finally, my day has come...thought of sharing the good news with all of you. Here are my case details:

9/15/01 - ND
10/18/01 - RD
1/02 - FP
9/12/02 - RFE for employment verification & BC
1/13/03 - RFE response received.
1/29/03 - AP (it took only 2 weeks after RFE response)

Congrats!! How did you know about approval is it by phone ? or online?
Did you call INS after RFE?

No, I didn't call INS after my RFE. Both AVM and web site are updated with the approval status. Good luck!

You listed your ND and RD as follows:

9/15/01 - ND
10/18/01 - RD

Did you mistakenly switch the order? RD is usually prior ro ND...

Anyway, congratulations!

Yes. you are right I have mistakenly switched the order. I was so excited that I didn't really notice all the typos...including the RFE date. Hope every one will get their turn very soon. My case # is LIN02014XXXXX.
