I just got the USCIS approval email. I changed jobs after 140 was approved and 485 was pending for over a year. I planned to inform USCIS when I get an RFE but did not get one.

Congrats!

The million $ question in front of everybody is should they file AC-21 themselves or wait for RFE and then file AC-21. I guess ur case
should clear some doubts.

Could you give more info about your case

First of all congrats, :)

Could you give some more info about your case.

1. Are you with good terms with your former employer.

2. Is the new job in a different co. or did you join your client after talking to your employer who had sponsored your GC.

3. Were you in between jobs an had to switch to your new employer. In short were you forced to change employer.

All information is appreciated.

You know I feel like I have gained a few pounds after reading about your success.

Thanks

The new job has the same title , Salary= LC salary+8k.

Any help ?

I left my former employer in good faith. The new job is similar with 20% higher pay. I did not have any problem with my former employer. I was not forced to change employers.

Hope this helps.
