Can you tell us if your I-140 was approved for CP?

Also did you have to speak to an IIO to have your case assigned to an officer?

My case details is same as your but not yet approved
RD : 08/10/01

waiting for approval. I had called the IIO last week, and was told that my case with an officer.

No. My I-140 was not for CP. Also I did not call IIO anytime. Hope your case would be approved soon. Good luck.

Yes. My case status was updated in the online status the next day itself (4th Oct. I got approval on 3rd Oct). So I guess they are updating. Phone message was also updated immediately.
