Case approved based on IIO\'s infomation

Just talked to an IIO. She told me my case was approved yesterday. However, the AVM has not been updated. I checked AVM just before I talked with her. It was stiil the famous Dec 29 message.

The IIO also helped me check my husband\'s case. It was approved too yesterday.

Can anybody share the passport stamp experience in San Diego?

Congrats. I hope all IIO don\'t get swamped with tons of calls now.

Folks, while congratulating our friend zjh, please remember that only when you get approval courtsey copy at home, then you can go for PP stamping hence do not suffocate IIOs with huge numbers of calls
 
How did you file your 485 in May with your PR is 10/99

Are you sure your case is filed in EB3. EB3 got current in Jul 2001.
 
vishnu, here you go again, giving your unsolicited advice....

Do not tell people what to do. this is a free country, they have a choice. fyi, people calling iio will not impact your case at all. you see, iio\'s do not adjudicate any cases. I suggest that you just lie low for a few days or months or years and you will avoid putting your foot in your mouth yet again.
