You lucky guys, what if your assylee officer, or IJ did not believe you , would you go back to mountains ,or wher ever you came from, or you would appeal like I am doing and would you spend
$ 23,000 so far , dont be so narow minded ther r many people here that got many reasen to be here, every body got right after all this is America you should think like American ,why you care for GC you or here, unles you like to go and visit your country that you run from. dont be selfish OPEN YOUR MINDE you and many guys in this forum , after all many in this forum need help.

YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO APPEAL ALL THE WAY TO THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES. NO BODY BEGRUDGES YOU FOR THAT. ALL I AM SAYING IS WHEN THE FINAL DECISION IS MADE AND IT IS NEGATIVE, THEN PEOPLE JUST HAVE TO ACCEPT THIS AND MOVE ON. BY STAYING HERE SUCH PEOPLE ARE SHOWING THE MOST SERIOUS DISRESPECT TO THE USA.

All power to you. There are many people who do not appreciate how blessed they are by being here. America should open its arms to you since you want to stay and contribute and pay a fortune to be a citizen here. If these conservative cruel anti-immigrant lawmakers know that their laws create such agony to a person like you, they would not be so bloody stupid. Good luck man or woman or whatever you are

Sir, I missed 2 boats, my attorny had no idea that while I was in front of I J pres Clinton had Amnesty for people like me from my ex country. All i had to do file adjustment of status , and get GC back in 1997, and in 2000,get assylum aproval , but lawyers I gues forgat about me.but never failed to send bill. I thought every body knows my country situation, so I got no problem than after tragic 9-11 they don't even read files, so every body get's dismised >>Afirmm Without Opinion<<
Sense I have continuos present here ,I have right to a hearing,
All I want asylum aproval who care for the rest I will never leave USA .
I will hope that this new attorny will do something. hi sed to relax and not to worie but , Hi filed motion to reopen , so I gues this will take anather 2y's.

You said you were granted asylum in 2000? You got me confused.

You would not have been eligible for the 97 law anyway since you must have entered before 90 and applied for asylum before 91.

So do not blame you ex lawyer.
 
Yes ,Clinton gev ammnesty for people from my ex country, but my lawyer did not file , I tryed to locate him but I heard hi got disbared , some lady reported him , for some other reasen. I never got asylum aproved.that's what I am waiting only.
If you read cerfuly you will see what i wrote.I meant it will hapen if lawyer filed but hi did not . yes i blame attornys.
