Cards update- strange messages on AVM

Hi,

My GC was approved on Aug 21. My wife and two sons\' GC was approved on Aug 27. All of us stamped the passports on Sep 6 in San Francisco. AVM message changed to "card ordered on Nov 2" for me and "card ordered on Nov 6" for my wife and younger son. It remained same for my older son. Then my wife and younger son recd their cards in the mail on Dec 3.

Just now checked the AVM and here is what I heard-

Self: AVM message "Card returned on Dec 13 by post office as undeliverable. Please call IIO and update your address"

Wife: (She already recd the card) AVM message: "Case approved and approval notice sent on Nov 29"

Younger son: (He already recd the card) AVM message: "Case approved and approval notice sent on Nov 29"

Older son: AVM message "Case approved and approval notice sent Dec 17 i.e. today"

I will call INS tomorrow and will post what they say.

Tel. Number to hear the AVM

I received my plastic card just a couple weeks after we enetered. But my husband hasn\'t. I want to check the AVM. What is the telephone number and when should I call and what does it ask for. Could anyone help. It would be very much appreciated. Our POE was sanfrancisco and date of entry was Oct/20/2001.
