We just received the cards and the Welcome notice today in the mail. We received the approval email on July 19th and "Card Production Ordered" email on July 20th.
 
I too received cards today for self and son. The emails stating 'card production ordered' were received on July 18th. However, I am still awaiting approval emails / cards for my wife and second son.

I received the welcome mail on 7/24 and approval mail sent on 7/27.
is it different then card production mail.
 
Well, I first received the card production email on 7.18 and then the welcome email on 7.19 and the approval / welcome letter by mail on 7.23 and then the approval email on 7.24, so it is kind of very uncertain and weird. A few got physical GCs without any emails / letters or same day with letters.
