Card waiting time after interview at Baltimore

Hi all,

A friend of mine got his GC card yesterday, his GC was approved on 10/09, atleast now we know people are getting GC cards.

I am still waiting on my approval.
 
Hi,

Yesterday i received welcome notice from VSC.
It says you can expect plastic card within three weeks if not call 802 number.

Usually how long its going to take to get the card after welcome notice.

I did not know that VSC was issuing *welcome* notices.

Have other people gotten welcome notices, too?

I am not sure abt others but myself and wife received welcome notices(case type I181). It has receipt dates 12-04-2002.

My online message says case has been approved on dec'10 ...... but my wifes online message saying that
I181 creation of record of lawful premanent receidence ........

getGC04, did you receive welcome notices????

I used new EAC numbers(on i181 form) to check the status.

Approved 10/30 Waiting For Cards

My case was approved 10/30 no change in online status.

I applied for my wife in june, she got her fp's done on 24th sep. The online status shows that her fp info was received on 1st oct.
Any body who applied for their spouse around the same time.
Any idea when to expect further info.

Just wanted to find out whether it is a good idea to take the attorney for AOS(I-485) interview? How much does attorney's charge for this? Please reply ASAP
