Did passport stamping on 11/15@Greer.

My LUD changed on 11/24,29,12/13,12/20,12/21. Status changed to card mailed.
For spouse LUD changed on 11/24,29,12/13,12/14 - spouse got the card in the mail on 12/20.
 
No change in message or LUD since last LUD. On USCIS site processing times for I-90 (Initial issuance of permanent resident card) for Vermont Service center is March-2004. Do we belong to this category after PP stamping? Any idea?
