Sheet name Corrected - no loss of any data - verified it.

PP stamped on dec 1st 2004 and still have not received the card. online message still says the same thing 'your application got approved ..'. the only lud is 12/17. already raised an inquiry two weeks back but nothing happened. is there anyone with a similar situation. my wife has already received the card.

Called VSC twice but of no use.
