Card Recvd , Spelling Mistake on card, Any experiences

I have a question if any one can help,
My spouse name had a single letter misspelled in the middle.
We corrected it by calling IIO after 485 approval,
IIO said that it takes few weeks to send an ammended I-485 approval.
But till now nothing happened.
But meanwhile plastic card came in and is having the same mistake.
 
Is there any one who faced the same, please advice.
How long usually it takes for corrections on plastic card,
What is the exact procedure.
