Not sure what the process is but I would immediately call customer service and seek their advise. The good part is that you don't necessarily need your card to travel since you probably have the GC stamped on your passport with the A#. If the customer service can't assist you, go to the center where your passport was stamped. Either ways, you should get this corrected. Make sure you take you papers (Approval notice, EAD card etc.) to verify that the mistake was at their end and not yours.
