Card received pretty quick !!

My kids received their cards very quick, much to our amazement. Here are their details :

RD 29th Jan 2002
AD 23rd Sep 2003
PP Stamped on 9th Oct 2003
Card ordered on 12th Nov 2003
On-line msg chg on 13th Nov 2003
Card mailed 15th Nov 2003
On-line msg chg 17th Nov 2003
Card Received 17th Nov 2003(today)

We are very much relieved after months of tension...
 
We (parents) were approved in Apr (5 months earlier) and received the card 1 1/2 months thereafter.

Kids were derivative cases held up for ?? reason. We wrote to our senator and only then things began moving.
