I only got one RFE on 01/17/08, replied to it on 02/14/08, one standard LUD on 3/15/2008 that RFE response received, no LUDs after that, LUD today dated 3/12/2008 "card production ordered.

I called NSC 5 times and got reply no visa numbers are available so can't process case. call us in May. what a BS??. STATE DEPT. and USCIS are not in SYNC....

approval Notice Mailed

LUD today that approcal notice mailed for n e one interested in this time line

and Approval notices were waiting int he mail when i got home the same day that LUD was posted

and CRIS emails for card production and approval notices in e mail on the 18th of march

So about a month after they received your RFE response. My H1B will be over on april 15 .... I am hoping that I can get approved before that to save the filing fee for an extension ....
