I am not sure what to do with myself.....I really never thought this day would arrive!

On January 2, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. I am from Australia.

I originally came out here on a tourist Waiver visa in 2000.

I applied under 245(i) in April 2001.

Then my sponsor went bankrupt and I didn't have a sponsor. Since my application would have been revoked & I was subject to the 3-10yr ban I stayed looking for another sponsor.

The company that I currently preside over was not established enough to sponsor me so I spent 1.5years waiting. Then my Australian boyfriend & I married in 2004 and I resumed my application as his deriviative.

I left Australia in '98 - I have not been home since then, due to this whole process.

I was young & Naive at the time and had no idea the process would take so long.

My husband got his green card in August and I have been waiting impatiently ever since.

yes - USCIS is a mystery and I don't think there is any easy way to go about this process.

thanks for the Info.. I know how eager you will be to vist your country and to see your family and old friends, this process takes away all the energy and blood out of us, there is no logic to this process.

Is your case got approved when your country dates are not current?

Pardon for my ignorance about VB dates.
 
My priority date is the same as my husbands 2nd OCT 02 and I believe the VB says they are processing cases 15OCT 02.

I called 2 weeks ago and IO said it was with an officer.

I hope your spouse gets her soon too.

Thanks, You need to correct your signature, it says Oct 03 instead on Oct 02 :)
