hey guys,
good news my "card production ordered" came online at the uscis site. I have been a silent reader of this forum. very useful.
Can anyone let me know if I would need to go and get my passport stamped or just the card is enough?

usually card comes in a week to 10 days after you get the card mailed e-mail. once you get the card, you dont need any passport stamping.

Labor applied 10/30/2006 and approved in 1 day
140/485 AD 12/13/2006
140 PP AD 5/15/07
RFE June 15th
Card production ordered : JUly 26th
485 approval notice : July 31st.
Hope this helps.
if u do 140 in PP u will get 485 approved faster - i have seen in soo many cases

why do u say that? can they do anything if i quit within 6 months or r u saying there might be issues at time of citizenship?

I filed in Nebraska. I got card yesterday - exactly 1 week after caprd production notice.
would u guys know if there is any issues if i leave employer now?
 
You should be with them for a minimum of 6 months. Particularly if you have no long term working history with them.
