Today Me & My husband recieved this email. I Have been a Silent reader on the forum. I was pretty frustrated over last few days & finally today when i open my inbox there is this mail. I must have checked online status some 10 times to confirm. Guys who are waiting don't lose hope. There is still a chance. Good Luck to everyone waiting.

PD: Sep 2004
filed 140 & 485 in Aug 2005(PERM) at CSC
140 approved in Feb 2006
CSC to NSC Xfer: Feb 2007
RFE in Jun to prove bonafide marriage
Jun 20th Last LUD on my case saying evidence recieved , should hear in 60 days.
Opened an SR on Jun 25th for which there is no response yet.
Today also opened an SR(who needs it :)

So people who have recieved rfe & responded to that has a good chance of approval. Keep your fingers crossed.

:) I am in a similar boat. Got RFE on my pending I-485 as well as for my wife. For me they wanted reconfirmation of proferred position with salary, joining date etc. (since i used AC21 i guess to change jobs) and I-94 and for my wife - marriage proof .. responded to RFE July 5th ND and July 18 LUD. Keeping fingers crossed.. 5 years plus and counting..
 
yeah, me too. my wife and I both got approval emails yesterday after 3 years. Responded to RFE on 14th of this month. Used AC21.
Do you know if I need to get the passport stamped to go to India?

Thats was really quick work by USCIS.. you responded to rfe on 14th of july and you got approved in 13 days?? wow.. I am hoping to be able to say thing as your username.. I would guess that unless you have the card in hand you will need to have the stamp in your passport to travel!!!
 
PDmay, unless you get notice monday or tuesday, you won't get GC until (at least) October.
