At last got email showing card production ordered.

Here are the details.
PD: Jan 2002 (EB3 India)
485 RD: June 29, 2005
FP1: Aug 2005 (Code 3)
FP2: May 10, 2007 (Code 1)
FP3: June 6, 2006 (Code 3)
485 Ref RD(Reply Date): June 4, 2007
Approved Dt: June 12, 2007

We called TSC, dial 1 800 375 5283 then 1-2-2-6-1 enter SRC# then 1-1-3-4
But call before 09:00 am not to talk to an officer but to a Customer Rep and just say Priority Dt and Processing Dt are current and ask for a Service Request. The Rep told wait for 60 days and no Service Request to be initiated. But within an hour got an email as approved. No LUD change before approved. Tell if you have any personal issue like a financial loss if this is not get approved within a month. Be genuine.

Dude this is not because of the SR/ Or Your call...

They reached the cases with 485 Notice Date of 2005 and PD is current. So you got the approval.

This is my observation.

gcamirage!!!!!! Do you know anyone from EB2 pending since 2004.
And their Checks are cleared and pending then their files are with a lazy a***.
They seriousle need to start writing to FL/Ombudsman/Vice Persident/Senator/Congreman to hunt those lazy ********.

Please respond if there are any EB2 with 2005 ND or older with these with NC Cleared/Not Cleared.
