Case status online:CARD PRODUCTION
on sept,27 we mailed the document to your address in our file.
A week before that online status i had a notice to go do my biometry on oct,3.
I changed my address to a P.O.BOX a year ago. I have receive all my mail on that P.O BOX even me EAD. but they sent the biometric notice to my old address. And it was return to uscis, then they sent it back to the PO BOX.
My point is now since they said they sent a document, i have never receive anything. How to know if it was sen
How they can send it and still want me to do a new biometric.
Just want to know if they have sent it the wrong address, or if they waiting for biometric before to send it.
Since it will to 2 weeks now. Is that possible for me to know if it was sent. I dont want to wait 30 days to see if it was sent to wrong address .
