Hi Gurus
we got approval and received all but my wife's card.My online status changed as card returned by post office as undelivered. I contacted the uSCIS and they opened a request with new address.I asked them what is the old address to verify.They could not ( as usual dumb terminal ). Then they told me to contact after 45 days ( std reply to say please don't call ). Even today I have not got the card.Is any body having experience of "card not received " ?

I was watching your earlier postings and I have the similar issue.
I remember your and I got approved and received same time[June 6th Approved;June 11th received approval and cards togther], but nothing for my wife. They have been giving the same answer, My more worries are that I'm moving this week...

returned email on Jun19th.
Called customer services to update address.
LUD changed on Jun20th.
No card till today
 
Folks:

We too have not received our cards yet after over 45 days since I485 approval. Here are the sequence of events and timelines. May help some who are in similar boat on what to do, what to expect.

485 AD: 6/20
6/25 - Card Mailed(both for myself and Spouse)
After 2-3 weeks, called TSC IO and updated address after finding that they have an old address of ours. Ar11, calls to CS didn't change the address on the 485 file. IO said, that once the mail returns as undeliverable, will be re-sent to us.
7/19 - Online status changed to "Document Mailed" - Didn't know what it was.
7/26 - Took Infopass to check on the status - Agent assured us that the 7/19 mail was the Green Card. He sent email to TSC and said will call us back. But no calls from him yet
7/26 - Got mail from USCIS which was response to the SR opened before approval telling us that the Card was mailed on 6/25 - which we knew anyways
7/28 - After a month from 485 AD - got Approval notices for myself and spouse with the envelope which had "Returned undeliverable" stamp from Post office. We were very excited that the GC is probably on its way too
7/28 - Filed I-90 based on attorney's advice and also to beat the fee increase
7/31 - Took Infopass with the online I-90 receipt. Passports stamped for 6 months
8/3 - "Card Mailed to the address on file" email for my spouse(derivative). No change in status for myself
 
My dear friend
I Have same situation. I file I 90 on SEP 28 but with no fee to Texas Address "b". I have beentold not to send any money in such case.
Case has been approved since JUN 06.
Please keep whenyou get card after I90 filling. Thank you.
