Card Mailed not for me but for my wife.. What is going on ??

My case details,

Approval Notice sent e-mail - June 18th morning - Me and My Wife
Card Ordered e-mail - June 18th Evening - Me and My wife
Card Mailed e-mail - June 21 evening - Only for my wife ..

I did not get Card Mailed e-mail for me yet.. Is there any reason for the delay ??

EB3 - PD - Feb 2003
I-140/485 - Aug 2003
I-140 Approval - Apr 2004
Numerous EAD's and AP's
I-485 Approval notice- June 18th
Card Ordered e-mail- June 18th
 
I did check directly only on uscis case status online website.. And it is different for me from my wife's.. My wife's says it is mailed, and mine is still card ordered..

For the 2 previous e-mails regarding approval notice and card ordered, I got the e-mails first and my wife got later within like 1-2 hours.. But this time, mine is not updated yet ....

Anyone waiting got card mailed notification ? for those who got approval notice on June 18th ?

You know that , I know that, and everyone else knows that you and your wife have been approved, both of your cards will come sooner or later. You are a free man :)
Don't worry about these minor delays after clearing the biggest hurdle !

I got 'approval notice sent' (Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On June 21, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.
) email 3 days after I got 'Card Ordered' email on 06/18.

My son's status is also changed similarly. However, my wife's status is still 'Card Ordered'.

We did not receive 'card mailed notification' so far.

Card Mailed notifcation usually comes on 3-5 days after the approval notice e-mail..
 
As expected, after they sent the Card Mailed notification, my recieved her card on saturday 06/23..

But, for me, there is no change in case status.. Is there anyone in similar situation ? I am still waiting for my card mailed e-mail notification...
 
I am in a similar situation.
Me and my wife got card production ordered on 06/19/2007.
For my wife Current status is: approval notice sent on 06/22/2007 and LUD on 06/25/2007.
Please let me know if you have any developments.
