card mailed but question need answer plz

I had my biometric taken in may,2010. Had my interview in feb,2011. After 7 month no answer from uscis, i called 2 congressman and the omdusman office. 2 weeks later had a letter to go do my biometric again. Now i check my case status online it say: card production. On sept, 27 we mailed to you your card. My question is how even i re take my biometric how they can send the card. Do i need to go do the biometric or just wait to see if i receive the card.

If you get the card before the biometrics appointment date, don't bother to go to the appointment. Otherwise you should go because they might be waiting for the biometrics to complete the card production process.
 
thanks that is what im thinking too. But why they say card was mailed. One more thing i change my address online a week before i receive that email. And the email said they send it to the address on they system. Any idea wich one will be.
 
You have to wait and see. No telling which address they sent it to or if they even sent the card, as they are often inconsistent.
 
ok my biometric is monday so will go do it and see what will happen after. I have the infospass apointment monday also. Should i go or just cancel it since they said they sent it.
