Card Lost In Mail --> Reapply --> Waive the Fee?

Although the online update indicates that my green card was sent out 8 days ago, I haven't got it yet and I suspect that it has been lost. In case I need to file I90 to reapply for a new card (what a nightmare ), will I have to pay the hefty fee? I think it shall be waived, but would like to hear your experiences.

i think you are panicking too early; it took me 10 days to receive card

what date ru counting from ? it may take 2-3 days from the time USCIS email re actual posting of card

if you have been patient for 2-3 years , what is another 3-4 days !

What are your LUDs? From PP stamping up to the latest.

I'm tracking my card as well. The reason for the question above.

I did the stamping in NYC on 2/3/05.
The LUD changed a couple times afterwrard.
On 2/24/05, a message was posted online, stating that my greencard was mailed on 2/23/05.
So far I haven't recevied it yet.
I'm a little bit neverous as most people in their trackers claimed that they had received the card 2 to 4 days after the update.
I'm holding my breath, keeping my fingers crossed, waiting for the card to arrive....
