Can't sign in to the Ds260from

I can't sign in to the Ds260from, and there is this sign that comes up that tells the case information you entered does not match our record?

Leave the extra 0s out of your case number …so example instead of AS000000012345 just AS12345

You put the year in front of your case number? As it shows it on the selection letter?

I think I wrote the case number as the selection letter.

When I test mine it works as YYYYXX12345 where YYYY is year and XX is region. Does it let you get through to the page where you enter your own details or does it stop you before that ?
