Can't find status on uscis for I-131.

Ok so here's the deal. My wife sent in her I-131 (travel docs) back in the middle of July (July 16th I believe). We got the reciept and have that, the only thing is, when we check the status on uscis.gov, it says that they can't find it. Also, when we call, they can't find it either. What's going on here? We got the reciept number and everything, did they screw it up somehow or is this status quo? Also, if it's pertinent, she's applying through marriage based I-485.

I'm in the same boat, case not found on website or the phone system. But when i called, an immigration officer was able to see my case and they usually don't put 131 case online.

That makes me feel a little better...the last person she talked to about this was a total jerk. Hopefully next time will be better.

hello! my name is Seryl and I also filed a I-131 form, online last August, and ever since I've been checking my status online and on the phone too, when I received my receipt number, I call like every monday weekly to check my status and from then it has been pending, the first time i checked on it, they said that it'll take atleast 170 days for processing... so right now I'm still waiting for their reply too..
