Cant believe it .. EAD is approved

Mine and my wife's 485 and 765 was received by BCIS on Aug 20 2003.

My EAD is shown as approved on Oct'03 and a new card is ordered.

My wife's EAD is not approved yet.

Question :
Is the EAD mailed to the attorney or the applicant?

Appreciate you help

EAD, AP, FP notices will be mailed to you directly. Only if there is an RFE, it will go to the lawyer. Once I-485 is approved, it will be mailed to you directly with a courtsey copy to the lawyer as well.

Anyway, what is so unbelievable for you about the EAD approval ? Some are approved fast and some take time. That's all. You should be surprised if your I-485 was approved so fast. Goodluck.

The reason I was surprised it was showing a message of approval in 90 to 120 days. The actual time taken was arround 45 days.

Was'nt expecting the approval. That's all

Atleast one dept of BCIS is approving/making progress within the stipulated time.

Hope things pick up on 485 front. Right now it is long way to go for me.
 
May BCIS is approving EAD very fast becuase they
know they can collect more money with multiple EAD renewals ;)
 
I was also surprised to see my wife's EAD approved today.

Approval on 10/02 .. updated online today..

Sent only black and white copies.
