Since my H1 extn is pending > 240 days I can still
exist in US but not work until I get a decision from INS on H1 extn.
Any body gone through this before ? Is it OK to stay until the decision ?
Also applied for 485/EAD etc, no receipt yet.
Any way to force the approval soon ?
