Hi there I have filed for my I-140, I-485 process in 2002. I was trying to add my wife to my process this year (2005) so she can can get her EAD . But the lawyer who i was trying to file with said it was denied because my case is not current.
I know my friends have been able to add their wifes to the green card process .
Is the lawyer juts delaying filing her case or has the rules changed for 2005 ?
Can any body please help me out
