Cancelling H1 Transfer

Hi:

I am working for Company A on H1B visa. Other Company B offered me a better job and asked me to transfer H1B to theri company. I accepted the offer and sent in my papers. However, I am not sure whether they really submitted my papers as they are not giving me the reciept number. Now I am feeling irritated with Company B since they are not giving me any clear picture and want to continue with Company A. I even asked them to cancel the transfer of H1 visa in case they have applied. However they are not still giving me any definite answer. Is there any way to know without the reciept number ..may be using my SSN or name whether any case has been submitted.

So in case COmpany B has applied for my transfer and it gets transfered is it possible that i decline and continue with Company A... Company A isn;t aware of my dealings with COmpany B.

Since I have sent repetive emails to Company B to stop transfer of my H1 can i use it and continue working with Company A.

Please reply back ASAP.

If the Company B apply and transfer your visa, the only option you have is apply againg and request the transfer to Company A, the only issue is you need pay the Aplication Fees again.

I am confused now..since I have not joined at Company B ..do I still need to transfer.... Company A isn't aware of all this and I dont want them to know whole thing...as I am not sure whether they will retransfer it....

Any reply will be appreciated.

Other things is there any way I can know whether company B has filed for my transfer since they are not providing me with any receipt number...
