Cancel H4?

I married few months back in India. I'm on H1 & my wife came to the US on H4 with me. Since then, she started behaving differently and few days back, she ran away with her ex to India.

Can I cancel her H4...at least to prevent her from coming to the US again...I'm completely devastated...she's asking for a ton of money from me and my family to complete the divorce proceedings. She's pregnant with her ex's child and I can't handle that deception.

Please advise on the procedure for H4 cancellation. I would be highly indebted if you could share any information or direct me to any resources to capture that information.

----------------------- if she is in India then your parents or you should contact a good lawyer and seek advice. Lawyer will inform you how to handle her if she is pregnant with her ex's child. Asking Money for what? Having someone else child in her womb and for cheating?

If she is still married to you then you can’t cancel her H4 visa. Once she gets divorce then her H4 becomes invalid.

It is your side of story and we dont know her side of story.
