I was wondering if anyone can tell me what they look at durring the interview.... My case is special... for I over stayed my visit 2 1/2 years though my husband is in the US military and with all his deployments and
9-11 missions I could not leave the country until he got to shore. My kvisa is on its way to the NVC right now...
the reason I ask is cause I hear that I will not be aloud back for 3 years will they take pitty on me in this situation... also in concideration gradmother passed away and my brother killed himself with-in 5 weeks will they look at that????
Also my husband has been looking after my finances and is unable to support both of us right now... (rent. bills) am I aloud to seek help from the Canadian government (welfare) and not be held against me?
I am so confused I try to contact people and I get NO ANSWERS from anyone.... Please if you know anything or have gone through this yourself... Help would be great!!!!!!
