I am a Canadian citizen so I have never received an I-94, but have received several stamps in my passport. My new passport have recent stamp, which shows when i entered US, but I have several stamps in my old, expired passport.

I have photocopies of my old "cancelled" Canadian passport bearing stamps, but I can't find the "ACTUAL cancelled passport" itself.

I have applied for Adjustment of status in US. I was just wondering if immigration officers wants to see the previous stamps, would they consider the photocopies or would they require me to present the OLD CANCELLED passport?

All that matters is proof of inspection on your last entry to the US.

I am a Canadian citizen and just pass through the same process, you do not have a problem, the IO will verify all your entries to the US by using your new passport #. They will be able to see how many time you entered the US. ( Canadian passport are bar coded, at the port of entry they swipe it and all info.is registered)
