Hi
Does any one know what document i need to send in mail in order to apply for Canadian visitor visa at their NY consulate? I have EAD and AP and photocopy of 485 pending receipt with us.
We plan to use AP to re enter usa but before all that happen we need get the Canadian visitor visa.
Their web site details a lot of options for people on H1-B / B-1 etc but does not mention in detail any supporting documents for people who are in AOS (pending 485) status.
I plan to take letter of employment from my employer and plan to send the original AP and photocopy of EAD but I am not sure if that is good enough any one with similar experience please guide.
Also I am not sure what option to choose on their application form when I am working on EAD in the section immigration status in country of application will it be Temporary resident or worker?
