Canadian visa at Seattle

Hello everyone
I will be heading to Vancouver for H-1 re-entry interview on Nov 16th.
My question is if I apply for canadian visa in person at the Seattle consulate then will i get it the same day or the next?
The consulate website does not state it clearly.

You will get it same day. Canadian consulate takes application from 8 - 10 in the morning and returns PP by 11:30 same day.
