Canadian PR on H1B

Hello People ,
I have been selected for the H1B visa this year . I am currently doing my masters in Comp sc. from US. Do u think applying for Canadian PR is a viable option that i should be looking at right now.

No sir , the canadian PR would only serve as a back up if by chance there are issues with the American Green card
 
Well then it is your personal call. Your time and money will be resources in this. Personally as a Canadian I do not enjoy seeing people use Canada as their "backup plan", but as a naturalised American, I know why they do it.
