I am a Canadian PR on B2 visa here and found a company who sponsor H1 for 2005 quota.
How to go from there?
1.Change of status within U.S?
----- you entred as Visitor if your employer wants to file B2 to H1 status then it may take time for USCIS to approve H1 and Visitor status is for 6 months or check validity of your I-94(betterr file B2 to H1 Change of status after 90 of your entry on Visitor Visa
2.Get a new H1 and get that stamped in Canada?
----- Best Option
