Hello,

This question might have been asked before...but I am a Permanent resident, qualified to apply for citizenship. However, my company here in Canada (based in Windsor_ needs me to visit a site in Southfield michigan as we are doing a project for them. My question is, if I am employed by the canadian company, and I am going to just visit the site of the US company for lets say a meeting, or for some inspection, then do I still need a TN Visa?

Well, you may need a visa, but unless you are Cdn or mexican citizen, it cannot be a TN visa.

But, generally, for strictly meetings, you would be admitted in B1 business visitor status, regardless of citizenship.
