Canadian PR and I-94

Hi,
I am a canadian PR who came into USA as a visitor about a month back.
Now I got my h1b approved. Can I start working right away or do I need to go to canada and come back with a I-94 to work.
Can anybody advice me on this?

Did you come to USA on a visa and applied for H1? I know you came to USA as a Canadian PR but still didn\'t it require Visa/ I94 to enter USA.

Did you get I 94 when you entered US as a Visitor. Your input would be very much helpful for me.

I came to USA as a visitor with canadian PR and while I am in USA i got my h1b approved. I don\'t have an I-94 now. Do I need to get a i-94 to start working on h1b?

I-94 should be attach to INS notice

My understanding is that you get I-94 from INS. It should be attach to your H-1b approval notice from INS.

You have to go border to get your passport stamped and to get I-94(eom)
