canadian immigration while on F1

I am currently on F1 and coming.I also want to apply for Canadian immigration.Can someone tell me that, can I apply for Canadian immigration in Sates or do i have to go to my home country apply?.

Any reply on this issue would be highly appreciated.

yes, you can apply while you are in the States. The two things are completely unrelated.
