hello i need some info about Canada marriage law.

Canadaian citizen want to marry some one from overseas.

how long will it take for the wife to come to Canada from overseas?

how long does the processing takes? months, years? time limit?

how long does it take months,years to gain permanent residency in Canada or obtain a Canadian passport?

can she visit to USA on Canadian green card? and how long can she stay in USA on green card?

how long does it take months,years to gain permanent residency in Canada or obtain a Canadian passport?
-------------one will enter is Permanent Resident and can apply for Canada citizenship After 3 Years (3 year stay in Canada is needed After one enter as PR of Canada and after one gets citizenship then apply for Canada Passport)

can she visit to USA on Canadian green card?
-------------- Canada does not have Green Card they have PR card and PR card holder will need VISA to visit US.
and how long can she stay in USA on green card?
------------------------ does he/she has US green Card?? If you mean Canada PR then one need Visa to enter US and it is up to POE officer. Maximum stay on Visit visa for US is 6 months.
