Entered the US on Dec 30, 2006 and married on Feb 16, 2007.
At the time, my husband and I had no idea that this could be seen as fraudulent entry, because I didn't tell them at the border that I was planning to marry.
Anyone dealt with this kind of situation before?
Apparently from 0-30 days is a MAJOR problem
and between 30-60 days it could go either way
Just looking for someone that's been through this before....wondering if I should go to Canada and file there....
